Role Summary
Provide production support and operational ownership for Oracle EPM Cloud applications across EPBCS (Planning), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), EPRCS (Narrative Reporting), and PCMCS (Profitability & Cost Management). Ensure stable month/quarter/year-end operations, timely incident resolution, reliable data integrations, and continuous improvements for performance, controls, and user experience.
Required Qualifications / Work Experience
- 10-12 Years of experience in Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS & PCMCS.
- 6+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience in application support (L2/L3).
- 6+ years of EPBCS (Planning) support experience covering:
- Troubleshooting business rules/calculations, runtime prompts, job failures, and performance issues
- Support for planning artifacts: forms, dashboards, task lists and metadata changes
- Support for forecast/budget cycles, user issues, and data validation/reconciliation
- 3+ years of support experience across FCCS, EPRCS (Narrative Reporting), and PCMCS (hands-on production support and issue resolution).
- Strong experience troubleshooting integrations/data loads (Data Integration and/or file-based loads; APIs/automation a plus).
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g.,Jira & confluence), SLA management, and stakeholder communications during critical cycles.
- Ability to provide on-call/after-hours support during planning and close windows.
- Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and CI/CD style deployment approaches.
- Experience with EPM Cloud monthly patching, regression testing, and release management, JIRA & Release management.
- Exposure to EDMCS, EDMCS integration with ERP Cloud and all other EPM modules and formal metadata governance processes.
