Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver nursing theory and practical classes.
- Develop lesson plans and training schedules as per the curriculum.
- Demonstrate nursing procedures and supervise students during practical sessions.
- Coordinate clinical postings in hospital departments and monitor students' performance.
- Evaluate students through written tests, practical examinations, assignments, and viva.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, logbooks, and assessment reports.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and professional development.
- Conduct orientation programs for new students.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and continuing education programs.
- Ensure students follow hospital policies, discipline, dress code, and ethical standards during clinical training.
- Provide training on patient safety, infection prevention, communication skills, and professional ethics.
- Prepare study materials, presentations, skill checklists, and practical manuals.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for effective clinical learning.
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial coaching.
- Maintain institute documentation required for inspections and accreditation.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Assist in organizing examinations, certification processes, and academic events.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the Principal or Management.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
