An Executive Assistant to a Vice President (VP) manages complex calendars, coordinates global travel, filters communication, and prepares high-level presentations. They act as the primary operational bridge between the VP, internal teams, and external partners to maximize executive productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Handle complex daily scheduling, resolve meeting conflicts, and prioritize appointments based on business goals.
- Communication & Correspondence: Screen phone calls, draft emails, and route internal or external mail.
- Meeting & Event Prep: Build agendas, record meeting notes, and prepare slide decks or reports.
- Travel & Logistics: Book complete domestic or international travel itineraries and lodging.
- Expense & Record Tracking: Process corporate expense reports and maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Cross-Functional Support: Follow up on pending team action items and projects assigned by the VP.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4+ years providing administrative support to senior leaders or management.
- Software Literacy: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion: High ethical standards to manage sensitive and confidential corporate information.
- Organization: Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, and proactive problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹12,689.24 - ₹35,923.11 per month
