Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Management: Accurately inputting, updating, and verifying alphabetic and numeric data into company systems, spreadsheets, or internal databases.Documentation & Reporting: Drafting professional correspondence, preparing invoices, and generating reports for internal teams.Office Administration: Managing physical and digital files, handling incoming and outgoing emails/mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supply inventory.System Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensuring computer hardware and peripheral equipment are fully operational, handling regular data backups, and assisting with basic IT troubleshooting.Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and communicating with clients, vendors, or other departments.
