Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, goal-oriented Academic Tele Counselors to join our Admissions Team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your primary objective will be to guide them through our working profssionals courses, and drive successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Effectively manage, call, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Career Counseling: Conduct detailed telephonic counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and pain points.
- Course Pitching: Match student needs with Edigilearn’s course offerings, clearly articulating the value proposition, curriculum highlights, and career outcomes.
- Objection Handling: Address student queries, doubts, and hesitations regarding course fees, time commitments, and career placements with confidence and clarity.
- Pipeline & CRM Tracking: Maintain a meticulous record of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the company CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment/sales targets while maintaining high compliance and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in university admissions, telesales, or education counseling (preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convince parents regarding the ROI of a full-time residential degree.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared, ExtraaEdge) and MS Office.
- Language: Fluency in English and any of the regional languages like Hindi/Tamil/Kannada etc.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
