We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a Super Specialty Hospital in Moradabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, developing referral networks, and driving patient acquisition through strategic marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and referral partners.
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and market growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience; healthcare or hospital industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
