Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Consultants to promote and sell Mahindra vehicles in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Promote Mahindra vehicle products and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, road shows, and marketing activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in automobile sales, FMCG sales, insurance sales, banking sales, or field marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
