Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer with 1–2 years of experience in developing interactive e-learning courses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise and possess strong visual design skills. Experience with AI-powered content creation tools such as Synthesia and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Convert storyboards and instructional design documents into engaging learning experiences.
- Create interactions, assessments, branching scenarios, and simulations.
- Design and edit course graphics, icons, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Create screen layouts, UI mockups, and visual concepts using Adobe XD.
- Generate and edit AI-based video content using Synthesia.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and graphics into courses.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure courses function correctly across devices and browsers.
- Publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses for LMS deployment.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, Project Managers, and QA teams.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to development timelines.
Required SkillsMust-Have
- 1–2 years of experience in e-learning course development.

- Synthesia
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
- Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly learning content.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS environments.
- Good visual design and layout skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools.
- Basic audio and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working with international clients and projects.
Pay: ₹14,364.96 - ₹20,000.00 per month
