As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating efforts to ensure the application meets project requirements, and serving as the main liaison for communication and decision-making. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, while overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to meet project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models tailored to business requirements.
- Experience in optimizing data flows and enhancing system performance within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to support analytics and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
