A Banquet Sales Manager drives venue revenue by securing and managing event bookings. They are responsible for prospecting leads, conducting venue tours, negotiating contracts, and coordinating event details with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, pitch banquet packages, and drive sales for corporate events, weddings, and private parties to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Management: Conduct site inspections, maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners, and guide clients from initial inquiry to final execution.
- Event Coordination: Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and function sheets. Liaise with kitchen, service, and décor teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Reporting & CRM: Track sales pipelines, update client information, and forecast revenue.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Typically 2–5 years in hospitality sales, event management, or hotel sales.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of food & beverage operations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
