Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong sales acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, client interactions, and willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Expand market reach through networking and partnerships
