Senior SEO Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and manage multiple client projects across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with proven experience in handling National and International clients independently.
The candidate must be confident in client communication, team management, strategy planning, and delivering measurable SEO results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Independently manage National and International client accounts.
- Handle multiple SEO projects across different industries simultaneously.
- Lead client onboarding, understand business goals, and create customized SEO strategies.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and result-driven execution.
- Manage and mentor the SEO team, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Perform website audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO recommendations.
- Monitor SEO performance, rankings, and KPIs using industry-standard tools.
- Coordinate with Content Writers, Web Developers, Designers, and other internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Proven experience in independently managing National and International clients.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Strong experience in client onboarding, regular client communication, and performance reporting.
- Experience leading and managing an SEO team.
- Ability to develop SEO strategies and deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
