Oregano Brandworks is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the growth of our branding, digital marketing, investor relations, PR, AI automation, and technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify potential clients across SMEs, startups, listed companies, and emerging businesses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch Oregano’s services effectively.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums.
- Track sales pipeline, leads, and revenue targets through CRM tools.
- Research market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on business expansion strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, PR, investor relations, or corporate communication is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Servicing.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, media companies, consulting firms, or B2B service businesses is an added advantage.
