Job Title: Chatbot Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered chatbot solutions for web, mobile, and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in conversational AI, API integrations, and modern programming frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots.
* Integrate chatbots with websites, WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, and other third-party platforms.
* Develop conversational flows for customer support, sales, and automation.
* Integrate REST APIs and databases.
* Test, debug, and optimize chatbot performance.
* Maintain chatbot security, scalability, and reliability.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and business teams.
* Stay updated with the latest AI and chatbot technologies.
Required Skills
* 1+ years of experience in chatbot or AI application development.
* Experience with OpenAI APIs, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar platforms.
* Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.
* Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with WhatsApp Business API.
* Knowledge of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Understanding of CRM integrations and automation tools.
Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
