Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and enhance engaging educational content for early childhood education programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development and curriculum planning, with expertise in ECC (Early Childhood Care), Montessori methodology, and Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, activity sheets, assessments, and teaching resources.
- Create age-appropriate learning materials aligned with educational standards and learning outcomes.
- Develop content for ECC (Early Childhood Care), Montessori, and NTT programs.
- Integrate experiential, play-based, and activity-based learning approaches into the curriculum.
- Review and update existing course materials to ensure relevance and quality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and academic teams.
- Conduct research on educational trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
- Support faculty with training materials, teaching guides, and instructional resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification or experience in ECC (Early Childhood Care), Montessori Education, and Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and child psychology.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in curriculum development for preschool or teacher training programs.
- Knowledge of competency-based and outcome-based education.
- Strong research and content development abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic content creation, preferably in early childhood education.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
