We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations and IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing HR processes within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment cycle for IT positions
- Handle onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities
- Maintain HR policies, attendance, and employee records
- Manage performance evaluation and employee relations
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR strategies
- Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance
- Build and maintain a positive work culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in IT industry
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and well-organized personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Good leadership and team management skills
