Crossford Healthcare is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Pharma Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be independently responsible for managing our product portfolio's visual identity. Your work will split between creating technical, print-ready pharmaceutical packaging and developing premium promotional materials that help our PCD franchise partners scale their businesses.
If you have a strong grasp of pharma layout dimensions, printing processes, and branding aesthetics, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Packaging & Artwork Design:
- Design primary and secondary pharmaceutical packaging including mono-cartons, outer boxes, bottle labels, blister foils, sachets, and tubes.
- Ensure all packaging artwork precisely incorporates technical data: batch coding areas, compliance texts, ingredients, QR codes, and barcodes.
- Adapt a single brand design smoothly across multiple SKU sizes and product types (tablets, syrups, injections, derma, etc.).
- Prepare 100% accurate, print-ready files (CMYK, correct dielines/bleeds) and coordinate directly with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production.
2. PCD Marketing & Promotional Media:
- Design high-converting marketing tools for our sales force and franchise partners, including comprehensive Visual Aids, Product Cards, Leave-Behinds (LBLs), and Product Catalogues.
- Create engaging digital graphics for WhatsApp marketing, product launch banners, and festive greetings.
- Develop sleek 3D mockups/renders of our medicine packaging to be used in digital promotions and catalogues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven graphic design experience explicitly within a pharmaceutical or PCD company.
- Software Mastery: Expert command over CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory for packaging layouts), as well as Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D modeling/rendering tools is a huge plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial printing specifications, color separation (CMYK vs. Pantones), paper types, and structural packaging dimensions (dielines).
- Traits: Sharp eye for typography and color theory, high speed of execution, and strong ownership over projects to avoid typographical errors on medicine boxes.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary based on industry standards and portfolio strength.
- Annual increments and performance bonuses.
- Clean, professional, and growth-oriented corporate work environment.
