City Manager – Fitness
Job Summary
The City Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, growth, and profitability of all fitness centers within the assigned city. This role ensures operational excellence, revenue growth, exceptional member experience, team performance, and adherence to company standards across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across all fitness centers in the assigned city.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
- Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, equipment uptime, and service quality.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple locations or leading large operational teams.
- Experience in revenue management and team leadership is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel between fitness centers within the assigned city.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
