Hiring: Project Manager (Real Estate)
Experience:7+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end construction projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, schedules & resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors & vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget & as per quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, safety, quality & statutory compliance.
- Review drawings, BOQs & technical specifications.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical & operational issues.
- Track project costs and submit regular MIS/progress reports.
- Lead and mentor project teams for successful project execution.

Knowledge of Construction Management MS Office, MS Project/Primavera & AutoCAD (Preferred)
Preferred Profile:
7+ years of Project Management experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
Experience in Residential, Commercial, Corporate or Retail Projects.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
