Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor showroom sales performance and team productivity.
- Support the team in vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Develop sales strategies to improve business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales reports and target achievement.
- Train and motivate sales executives for better performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales and market trends.
- Target-oriented and team management abilities.
- Experience in handling customer relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automobile Sales.
- Prior experience in handling a sales team will be an added advantage.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
