Position: Team Lead
Department: Admissions / Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission-related calls and ensure proper follow-up with all leads
- Manage and process online admissions efficiently
- Coordinate with students and parents regarding course details and admission procedures
- Lead and guide the Admissions Team to achieve targets
- Provide support and direction to the Sales & Marketing Team
- Monitor daily inquiries, conversions, and team performance
- Ensure proper communication and professional behavior within the team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and follow-ups
- Work closely with management to improve admission strategies
Requirements:
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in admissions / sales / marketing preferred
- Ability to handle team coordination and target-based work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
