Performance Marketer
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads, maximize return on investment (ROI), and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop lead generation strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and improve campaign ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
