We’re Hiring: AI-ML Engineer
- Experience: 2-4 years (full-time experience exclusive of internship)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
- Location: Pune (Kothrud) | Onsite
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI-ML Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Machine Learning & Generative AI. If you are passionate about building scalable AI solutions and working on cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI systems, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop & deploy ML and GenAI solutions
- Work on LLM-based applications (prompt optimization, fine-tuning)
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop Agentic AI workflows / autonomous agents
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering & model optimization
- Build scalable backend systems using Python
- Work with structured & unstructured data (SQL, databases)
- Deploy & manage AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions
Must-have skills
- Strong OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms
- Proficiency in Python & design principles
- Hands-on with Git (version control)
- ML concepts & implementation experience
- Generative AI exposure (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI)
- Prompt Engineering expertise
- Responsible AI understanding
- SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) – Azure preferred
