Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations on the work site, ensuring all activities are executed according to the project plan, blueprints, and schedule.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of on-site staff, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce all company safety policies and local health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications.
- Resource Management: Track inventory, order materials, and ensure that equipment and tools are properly maintained and available when needed.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of site activities, including weather conditions, personnel attendance, material deliveries, and progress. Report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify on-site issues or delays and implement effective, timely solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in the construction industry,
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
