Route39 is a fast-growing EV mobility startup focused on electric auto services and driver-partner onboarding. We are building a scalable and structured mobility network and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Drive customer acquisition and lead conversion
- Develop and execute local sales strategies
- Monitor daily performance metrics and reporting
- Handle key client relationships and partnerships
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding
- Plan promotional campaigns and field marketing activities
- Train and motivate telecalling / field sales team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,689.05 - ₹40,000.00 per month
