Senior Network Engineer – JD in Short Lines
Role Summary:
Design, support, and troubleshoot Alkami’s cloud, corporate, and customer network environments. Own complex network issues end‑to‑end and ensure smooth operation of a growing cloud‑first infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide network support across cloud, corporate, and customer environments
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using logs, packet captures, and analysis tools
- Install, configure, and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers
- Perform upgrades, patching, compliance tasks, and system maintenance
- Monitor network performance and maintain troubleshooting tools
- Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and KB articles
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in on‑call rotations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years hands‑on network design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- CCNP or equivalent certification
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher
- Strong 2-3 years of network automation/programming experience
- Strong expertise in load balancers, firewalls, and VPN technologies
- Excellent customer support, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience architecting complex network infrastructures
- Advanced AWS certifications
- 5+ years supporting AWS or Microsoft technologies
- 3–5 years Linux experience
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
