Key Responsibilities:
- Teach primary grade students across subjects
- Manage and take full responsibility for one class
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons
- Monitor student progress and maintain records
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Encourage discipline, values, and overall development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum [2] years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patient, caring, and child-friendly approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a Mother Teacher or Class Teacher
- Knowledge of activity-based learning
- Basic computer skills
