Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing activities, generate quality leads, build strong institutional and corporate relationships, and drive student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns.
- Lead and manage the field marketing team.
- Generate admissions through direct marketing activities.
- Visit colleges, schools, companies, and business establishments.
- Organize seminars, promotional events, and roadshows.
- Build partnerships with institutions and corporate organizations.
- Track daily team performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Submit daily activity and lead generation reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing or sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives
