Designation: Cinema Guest Service Provider
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction & Service
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with ticketing, seating, and general inquiries
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when required
2. Ticketing & Entry Management
- Verify tickets at entry points and guide guests to their respective screens
- Assist in managing crowd flow during peak hours
- Ensure smooth entry and exit of guests
3. Theatre Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in lobby, auditoriums, and common areas
- Support in turnaround activities between shows (cleaning, seat checks, etc.)
- Ensure all areas are presentable before guest entry
4. Food & Beverage Assistance
- Support F&B counters during rush hours if required
- Guide guests on menu options and combo offers
- Ensure proper handling and service of food items
5. Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist in evacuation procedures when necessary
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
6. Team Coordination
- Work closely with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
- Communicate effectively regarding guest issues or operational challenges
7. Upselling & Promotions
- Inform guests about ongoing offers, memberships, and promotions
- Encourage upselling of tickets, snacks, and premium experiences
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
Qualification:
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
