Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer / QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of software testing concepts, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn automation tools and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using defect management tools.
- Follow defined testing processes and quality standards for projects.
- Conduct different types of testing such as System Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and testing activities.
- Continuously learn and explore new testing tools and technologies.
Desired Skills / Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
- Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of Selenium Automation Tool (basic level).
- Familiarity with Web Testing and Mobile Device Testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
Required Experience:
- Basic knowledge of manual testing and automation concepts
- Ability to design, write, and execute test cases effectively
- Adherence to defined testing processes and quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to or understanding of AI model testing is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and explore various testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge or experience in web and mobile application testing
- Understanding of different testing types such as System Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and readiness to learn new automated testing processes
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
