1. Customer Interaction & Appointment Booking
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers
- Schedule service appointments using dealership systems
- Confirm bookings and send reminders to customers
2. Understanding Customer Needs
- Listen to customer concerns about their vehicle
- Note down issues accurately before assigning service jobs
- Provide basic guidance on service types (periodic service, repairs, etc.)
3. Coordination with Service Team
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
- Allocate time slots based on workload and urgency
- Ensure smooth flow of vehicles in the workshop
4. Data Entry & Record Management
- Maintain customer records, service history, and job cards
- Update booking systems with accurate information
- Track service status and follow-ups
5. Customer Follow-ups
- Call customers for service reminders (e.g., periodic maintenance)
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Collect feedback after service completion
6. Upselling & Promotions
- Inform customers about service packages, offers, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Encourage additional services when appropriate
7. Complaint Handling
- Address customer complaints politely and escalate if needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
