- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective clients from provided lists, databases.
- Sales Pitching: Explain the features and benefits of products or services.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with existing or lapsed clients to encourage repeat business.
- Pipeline Tracking: Update and maintain precise customer interaction details and lead status.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.
