What You’ll Do:
- Drive corporate client acquisition for our recruitment & talent solutions.
- Connect with HR Heads, TA Leads, and CXOs via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
- Present service pitches, negotiate contracts, and close hiring SLAs.
- Manage corporate client relationships to secure recurring mandates.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B client acquisition within recruitment or HR staffing agencies.
- Strong lead generation skills using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & cold outreach tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
Pay: ₹11,537.89 - ₹40,919.43 per month
