Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead the operations of our Briquette Manufacturing Plant in Belgaum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and leading a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with all statutory and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Optimize plant productivity, machine utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage raw material planning, inventory, and finished goods.
- Lead and develop production, maintenance, and plant personnel.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Pollution Control Board norms, and other statutory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to EHS standards.
- Prepare production, maintenance, and MIS reports for management.
- Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in Biomass Briquette, Biomass Pellet, Renewable Energy, Agro-processing, or Process Manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
