Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, and software systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. IT support roles typically involve diagnosing technical problems, installing hardware/software, and resolving network issues for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, internet connectivity, and system performance problems.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.
- Maintain and update user accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Monitor and maintain data backup and IT security systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT purchases.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Ensure proper functioning of email systems and office applications.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and computer hardware
- Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with MS Office and email configuration
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly to technical issues
Qualification
- BCA / B.Sc IT / Diploma in Computer / Any IT-related qualification
- Certification such as Hardware & Networking (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year IT support experience
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Willing to travel between office locations if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
