Job Summary
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events at the restaurant. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate, private, and social events.
- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and event schedules.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and operations teams for seamless event execution.
- Manage event setup, decorations, seating arrangements, and guest requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for décor, entertainment, photography, and other event-related services.
- Ensure all events are executed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues during the event.
- Maintain event records, reports, and client databases.
- Promote event packages and support business development initiatives to generate new event bookings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on event schedules.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,865.24 per month
