As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality outcomes that align with client needs and expectations.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in integrating SAP systems with other applications and platforms.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
