Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics
- Experience in Transformer, Stabilizer or UPS industry preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Install, service and maintain electrical equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Guide customers on safe equipment operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in installation, commissioning and service projects.
- Maintain service reports and customer visit records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Recommend product upgrades and improvements wherever applicable.
