Job Summary
The Collection Executive is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding payments from customers while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role involves following up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to collect overdue payments.
- Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers when appropriate.
- Resolve customer payment issues and escalate complex cases to management.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment commitments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Meet assigned collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support continuous improvement of collection processes and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0- 1 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,459.94 - ₹27,244.16 per month
