We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with different departments such as marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions for process improvement.
- Handle client communication when required and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the management team in planning, execution, and reporting.
- Maintain inventory or logistics coordination if applicable to the role.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
- Team player with a positive and proactive approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus
