Job Summary The C&C Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining cutting and crimping (C&C) machines used in the production of wiring harness components. The role ensures accurate processing of wires as per specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Operate C&C machines for wire cutting, stripping, and crimping as per production requirements Ensure correct wire length, stripping dimensions, and terminal crimping quality Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Conduct regular quality checks using measuring tools and gauges Follow production plans and achieve daily targets Maintain records of production and rejection data Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area
Required Skills Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and components Understanding of wiring harness drawings (preferred) Ability to operate machines and handle tools Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Good teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work in shifts
