About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individual who enjoy interacting with customers, assisting with sales activities, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Support daily sales activities and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Contribute to achieving team sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
