Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all plant roles — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus) and liaison with EPFO / ESIC.
- Design and implement L&D calendar — technical training, safety induction, soft skills, and leadership programs.
- Drive the annual performance appraisal cycle, KPI setting, and promotion recommendation process.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary proceedings in compliance with the Industrial Disputes Act.
- Maintain HR MIS — headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, and manpower cost dashboards.
- Develop and implement HR policies, Standing Orders, and employee handbook updates.
- Coordinate with IR / ER Manager on union negotiations, long-term settlements, and labour compliance.
- Manage contract labour (contractors, housekeeping, security) as per Contract Labour Act requirements.
- Support EHS training compliance and safety culture initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred).
- 8–12 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 4 years in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws — Factories Act, CLRA, ID Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act.
- Prior experience managing IR / union environments is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, payroll software, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
