Customer Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide shipment booking, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
Shipment Tracking & Follow-up
- Track PTL shipments across transporter networks.
- Coordinate with branches, vendors, and transport partners for shipment status.
- Ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and sharing.
Issue Resolution
- Resolve delivery delays, damages, shortages, and operational escalations.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for quick resolution.
- Maintain proper records of complaints and closures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
