We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, efficient communication, and timely execution of tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive/Director/CEO
- Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Draft emails, reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of action items and tasks
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up summaries
- Coordinate with departments for reports, data, and updates required by leadership
- Organize events, meetings, and business engagements as required
- Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems efficiently
- Assist in project coordination and special assignments assigned by leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional discretion and confidentiality are mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
