* Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
* Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
* Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and digital communication tools
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
