We buy back-to-back from sellers and sell to buyers on the platform, and are now building the connective tissue — credit, logistics, and technology — that makes this the default way industrial materials get traded in India.About the Role:In a digital supply chain platform moving thousands of tonnes of industrial raw materials daily, operational precision is everything. As an Operations Associate (Logistics), you will serve as the engine of our supply chain execution—ensuring seamless vendor coordination, rapid document verification, live shipment tracking, and timely payment approvals. Operating on modern ERP systems and tech platforms like Nexus (WhatsApp-based tech) and Slack, you will drive supply chain efficiency and solve real-time operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Your Three Main Objectives:
- Document Verification & Payment Processing: Ensure 100% accuracy in verifying Lorry Receipts (LR), Proof of Delivery (POD), and vendor bills for zero-error, timely payment clearance.
- Real-time Shipment & Compliance Management: Track material movement via ERP systems, maintain strict SOP compliance, and monitor transport vendor SLA adherence.
- Issue Resolution & Tech-Driven Coordination: Proactively resolve client and vendor logistics complaints while utilizing digital communication tools (Nexus & Slack) to keep operations streamlined.
The Toolkit(What you’ll own)
- Document Verification & Billing | LR, POD & Payment Clearance | Verify transport vendor bills, Lorry Receipts (LR), and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents before facilitating payment clearances.
- Shipment Tracking & ERP Operations | Real-time System Updates |Track nationwide shipment status using company ERP software, maintain operational records, and ensure real-time data integrity.
- Vendor & Internal Coordination | Multi-Channel Communication | Communicate effectively with transport service providers via Nexus (WhatsApp platform) and internal teams via Slack.
- Compliance & Issues Resolution | SOP Adherence & Issue Management | Handle client logistics complaints promptly, resolve document delays, and ensure vendor compliance as per company SOP guidelines.

- Detail-Oriented & Meticulous: High attention to detail when auditing logistics documents (LR, PODs, vendor invoices) and verifying data accuracy.
- Tech-Savvy Operator: Comfortable working on ERP software, tech platforms, and digital communication tools (Nexus, Slack) in a system-driven workflow.
- Problem Solver: Calm under pressure, able to resolve client complaints, address transport document delays, and overcome daily operational bottlenecks.
- Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact assertively and professionally with transport vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Qualifications: Graduate in Management or Supply Chain with a strong interest or basic understanding of supply chain operations, logistics documentation, and digital platforms.
