JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a versatile, growth-minded Full-Stack Web Developer & Digital Marketer to join our team. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as the driving force behind our digital infrastructure and online customer acquisition engines.
Your primary mission will be designing, optimizing, and maintaining high-converting corporate websites using WordPress and Python, while simultaneously orchestrating targeted digital marketing campaigns tailored specifically to decision-makers in the US B2B market.

In addition to core web development and marketing functions, hands-on experience with ERP development, coding, and customization is highly valued. This expertise will play a critical role in streamlining backend data flow, integrating cross-departmental operations, and supporting automation as the organization rapidly scales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Website Development & Optimization (Primary Focus)WordPress Management
- Architect, code, and maintain custom WordPress websites.
- Develop tailored landing pages and standalone microsites for executive-level lead generation.
Python Development
- Build robust backend business logic.
- Develop bespoke API connectors and internal web utilities using frameworks such as Django and Flask.
Performance & Technical SEO
- Ensure all active web properties are secure, fast, mobile responsive, and technically optimized for search engine crawling and indexing.
System Integrations
- Build seamless integrations between frontend platforms, enterprise systems, CRMs, payment gateways, and automation tools.
2. Digital Marketing Execution (Primary Focus)Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads targeting US corporate leadership.
Funnel Engineering
- Design and optimize end-to-end multi-channel conversion funnels to generate high-intent service leads.
Data Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on web metrics, source attribution, campaign performance, and ROI through Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console.
3. ERP Coding & Process Automation (Secondary Focus)ERP Architecture Management
- Customize, integrate, and maintain ERP systems to ensure smooth information flow between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSWeb Development
- WordPress (Custom themes & child overrides)
- PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Clean and documented backend coding in Python
- API integrations and data flow architecture
Digital Marketing & Systems
- Proven experience with B2B paid media campaigns (LinkedIn & Google Ads)
- Technical SEO and analytics expertise
- ERP customization experience (Odoo, SAP, or Python-based systems)
- Strong understanding of US B2B market communication and customer behavior
