Job Title: Tele Caller
Location - KOCHI RAVIPURAM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience:
- 0–2 years experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
