We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem, enabling scalable business processes across sales, customer service, marketing, property management, and operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, and managing tech debt; JWB operates its multiple businesses almost exclusively on the Salesforce platform, which has been developed and customized over 8 years, requiring this individual to be able to dissect legacy development approaches and solutions. The ideal candidate will define technical strategy, architect scalable Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, high-performing applications that support our growing real estate business. In the first 90 days, the successful candidate will conduct a comprehensive org audit using industry-standard tooling, produce a prioritized technical debt remediation roadmap, and establish baseline documentation and governance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Lead an organization's Salesforce Audit & Technical Debt Remediation approach
- Conduct a comprehensive org audit using industry-standard tooling
- Develop and execute a phased remediation roadmap prioritized by risk, business impact, and effort
- Safely deprecate legacy Workflow Rules, Process Builder automations, and migrate to modern Flow architecture
- Establish and enforce documentation standards: metadata dictionary, process maps, change logs, and architecture diagrams
- Develop, enhance and refine end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and governance standards.
- Design integration strategies with ERP, finance, marketing, document management, and third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or middleware solutions.
- Establish application architecture best practices, coding standards, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Apex, and AI-powered features.
- Proven ability to establish org documentation frameworks, including metadata dictionaries, process documentation, and change logs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including implementation and architecture experience.

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments like Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or AI-powered workflow automation within Salesforce
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and its role in enabling AI features — including data quality requirements
- Experience designing multi-org Salesforce strategies
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services
- Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of real estate-specific Salesforce implementations (acquisitions, construction draw management, lease/property management workflows)
Salesforce Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (required or equivalent required)
- Salesforce Certified System Architect (required or equivalent required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (required or equivalent required)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
- Salesforce Data Architect (preferred)

Pay: ₹1,907.00 - ₹2,669.00 per hour
